Our online360 feedback tool specifically assesses the leadership behaviour, strengths and development needs of individual managers and potential managers.
We use The Leadership Audit to provide a clear and accurate assessment for designing bespoke organisational leadership development programmes for our clients; identifying the true leadership development need and enabling our Programme Design Team to evaluate the best approach; modular interventions such as workshops, course, forums or other learning and development events.
Designed to specifically focus on leadership, the audit covers 12 distinct leadership factors:
- Vision and mission
- Strategy
- Empowerment
- Motivation and inspiration
- Communication
- Emotional intelligence
- Team leadership
- Coaching and mentoring
- Management
- Problem solving and decision making
- Organisational change
- Leadership effectiveness and satisfaction.
Conducted online, it explores how an individual is perceived in terms of their leadership skills and attributes by all those around them, including themselves. Feedback is collected from those the individual interacts with regularly including co-workers, managers, direct reports and key external contacts.
Accurate and very impactful, for organisational development the audit provides a picture of leadership capability in tackling, for example, an organisational change or a team development programme.
As a personal exploration, an individual receives managed feedback at the end of the audit to derive true personal learning objectives to take into the appropriate leadership development programme.
In measuring the impact and effectiveness of personal leadership development activity, The Leadership Audit is an excellent evaluation tool, providing clear insight into the changes on each of the 12 factors when undertaken by participants both before and after a programme.
